CULTURE:📍AI Is Building Itself, and What You Think Robots Should Do

Culture, creativity, and some important questions you didn’t see coming...

It’s been a little while since the year began, but it’s been a full stretch. Let’s keep the pace with more…

SERIOUS
QUESTIONS

YOU SAID IT

Last issue we asked: What’s the first thing you want domestic robots to take off your plate?

You said:

“Laundry. For the love of god, laundry.”

Also...

“Please find my keys while simultaneously reminding me why I just walked into this room.”

Did we just become best friends?

Next up:

How do you handle the pace of change?

It’s a harsh reality, things keep moving faster and faster. Are you excited by it? Terrified? Just coping?

When we’re constantly heads down and come up for air, there are more and more new things to learn. And that stack of books we’ve been meaning to read isn’t getting any shorter either.

So… How you doing out there with all of this?

Let us know. We’re starting a support group.

SOMETHING RECURSIVE

Six years ago, a global pandemic had just been announced. And since then, researchers studying Gen Alpha » noted how growing up in an environment where technology evolves with less pause than ever before can impact adolescence.

This leads to their expectations for change, learning, and communications being fundamentally different than older generations.

Think about being born into this current pace of change.

How much faster will it get?

When AI starts building AI, speed will become hard to grasp.

And it’s going to be a new world, for better or worse.
