Culture Pilot’s first AI employee: Meet our new Traffic Director →
Tim, here with some internal news.
In April, we hired our first AI employee. Custom-built by us. Production-ready (arguably). And as you might imagine, fast.
It joined Slack. Started taking assignments. Began understanding how our team works. And within the first minute, it was learning how to improve.
Learning speed is becoming a commodity, and we’re collectively coping with how work and team dependency can evolve in real time. As business owners, we have to consider the difference between hiring for skill vs. hiring for talent, human or not.
