QUESTIONS

YOU SAID IT

Last issue we asked: What’s one habit you do now that makes “future you” grateful?

You said:

“Sunday meal prep, otherwise Wednesday-me is just chaos with coffee.”

And speaking of coffee…

“Setting the coffee pot the night before is my only consistent life hack.”

But the real MVP goes to...

I used to leave myself sticky notes around the house but between gravity, the added waste, and my cat, I’ve developed a habit where I pair things together that help remind me to do something. I might leave a piece of clothing by the back door to remind me to take it along with something I left in the pocket, or I will put something on the bathroom counter so when I brush my teeth I remember to do that thing later, like take medicine, or whatever is relevant that day. As long as it’s something I know I will do, like leave the house or brush my teeth, the pairings tend to come naturally.

And killing two birds with one stone in the process? Wisdom.

A NEW LIGHT

Have you ever looked back and thought about how your mind changed on certain topics? Maybe it’s something that’s shifted recently. Maybe it’s changed over years. Big or small, we want to know: what changed, and what made you see it in a new light?

Tell us: What’s something you look at differently now than you did before?

SOMETHING COLORFUL

That’s real!

Speaking of seeing things differently… Math is art, right? Yanko Design recently shared Li Hao’s latest art installation, named “Pop Star.” It’s part art, part architecture, and 100% mesmerizing.

Walk a mile in other people’s shoes, but never their socks.
